My Story

Juan  is the Founder and creator of bUself method. As a hypnotist consultant and native medicine therapist, his approach to health and healing is centered around the interconnectedness of mind, body, and nature.

In his practice, Juan aims to promote holistic health by combining traditional native medicine practices with modern hypnotic techniques.

One of the fundamental principles of his practice is the belief that we are all connected to nature.

Therefore, our health is directly linked to the health of the environment.

In addition to hypnotherapy, he also incorporates native medicine practices into his work. These traditional healing practices have been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

By using natural remedies such as music, energetical points for accupressure , plants, and essential oils, he helps clients achieve balance and harmony within their bodies and the environment.

Trees From Above

"Think of your gut microbiome as a rainforest.

When it's healthy and diverse, it's like a thriving ecosystem with many different species of plants and animals. But when it's damaged by things like antibiotics, pesticides, and processed foods, it's like a clear-cut forest that can't support life."

The therapeutic technique of "musical hypnosis" involves having a hypnotherapist create or improvise music while the patient is under hypnosis in order to induce and accompany the patient's trance.

We identify the underlying causes of stress and sickness through a collaborative effort between patient and therapist. The intellect of nature is revealed, and the body's natural balance is restored, by fusing medical science with holistic remedies.

You become more susceptible to new ideas while you are in a hypnotic state of focused and concentrated attention.

Current medical research demonstrates the effectiveness of musical hypnosis in treating pain and insomnia. It is also used successfully in the treatment of chronic tiredness, or smoking cessation, or  autoimmune illnesses. Its indications are not all-inclusive, but they do include general or local anesthetic in dentistry, sleep, anxiety and depressive disorders, fear of public speaking, exam and driving license preparation, a turbo nap when you're tired, etc.

The three main symptoms of fibromyalgia are widespread pain, which predominantly affects the tendon and muscle attachments, sleep difficulties, and persistent fatigue, with the particularity of feeling exhausted after effort. As a result, even the slightest touch can cause pain, which is a phenomenon known as a very low pain threshold. According to Chinese medicine, these pains can be explained by changes to Wei-Chi, the body's surface energy.

The Good News :

A session of energy musical vibrational touch can restore this.
